Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unused condition, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Used cookware is final sale and is not eligible for return or refund.
For the purposes of this policy, “used” includes, but is not limited to, cookware that has been cooked with, washed, seasoned, heated, or shows signs of use or wear.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If requested, we can provide a prepaid return shipping label, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund once the return is received and inspected.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Inspection and Return Eligibility
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns or issue partial or no refunds for items that do not meet return eligibility requirements, including items determined to be used, damaged, altered, or not in original condition.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Claims must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), used cookware, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the eligible item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable return shipping costs. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
